Managing the People in the Practice (6 CPD’s) [Arcadia, Pretoria]

The importance of personal leadership development will not   only benefit the individual but will ultimately enhance the service levels of   the practice where these individuals invest their time and energy.

This workshop has been designed to provide practice   managers with new and refreshing information and techniques to enhance their   ability to lead and manage the staff in the practices where they work.

In the private practice environment, we often end up as  managers of people because we were either good at managing the processes or   we were good at reception. This workshop targets areas of development not often provided to staff who end up in positions where they need to manage different areas of the practice.

In some of the smaller private practices, the healthcare   providers end up managing the human resources of their practices, often to   their own frustration and to the detriment of the relationships. The value of   being equipped and learning or re-learning new or other methods will always   add value and bring about a fresh approach to dealing with situations brought   about by the dynamics in the practice.
