The Reason for CliftonStrengths for everyone in your Team!


Your organization consists of people. On a daily basis, these people react differently to given situations. Some may react very positively to a situation where others would want to turn away from the same situation. And it is not a bad thing! People differ and they always will, regardless of qualification, skill and knowledge.And sometimes these people work together. Sometimes they share the same goals. They get the same targets. They need to function as a team regardless of their different approaches to similar situations.

Many years of research conducted by The Gallup Organization suggest that the most effective people are those who understand their strengths and behaviours. These people are best able to develop strategies to meet and exceed the demands of their daily lives and their careers.


A review of the knowledge and skills they have acquired can provide a basic sense of their abilities, but an awareness and understanding of their natural talents can and will provide true insight into the core reasons behind their consistent successes or maybe not-so-successes.


The CliftonStrengths Signature Themes Report from Gallup represents a person’s five most dominant themes of talent, in the rank order revealed by their responses to the online CliftonStrengths assessment. Of the 34 themes measured, these are referred to as the Top 5.


In the Introductory CliftonStrengths Training Sessions I make full use of each team member’s Top 5 Signature Themes as a tool in maximizing the talents that can influence their successes positively, at individual level firstly, and then weaving it into the unique dynamics of the team they function in. The ultimate aim is to see the people celebrate their uniqueness, and through the development of those unique talents, enjoy personal and career success through consistent, near-perfect performance. We weave the talents into the four identified leadership domains and provide significant insight into what a balanced team can accomplish!

The process is as simple as being yourself!

I commit myself fully to help all people discover and develop their uniqueness in their strengths. It is my passion to see people live their jobs before they do their jobs.
