CliftonStrengths Workshop : Grow your Talents into Strengths [Arcadia, Pretoria]
Time & Location
About the Event
The Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment identifies areas where an individual’s greatest potential for building strengths exists. It is a philosophy of using talents as the basis for consistent achievement of excellence (strengths). Individuals are able to gain far more when they expend effort to build on their greatest talents.
For some or other reason, we have been programmed that trying harder at whatever we are not good at will make it better. And it is not necessarily wrong. If we cannot run fast we train, if we are bad at maths, we take additional math classes. Harmless, and not pointless at all. But when we focus on what we innately are good at, and we train that, we often discover exponential advancement. For example, if you have a talent for music, you may excel in a few lessons much further than the athlete who is not so musically inclined. The same goes for our natural talents like the ones identified in the world’s best-researched talent assessment, the CliftonStrengths Assessment by Gallup.
When we discover our talents as they are presented through the Gallup Assessment, we start a journey of learning and discovery about ourselves and about others that will equip us to become better leaders, partners, and friends.
In this full-day workshop, our aim is to help you delve into your talents, equip you to develop them into strengths, and learn how to live a strengths-based life – at work and at home.
